This Position reports to:
Service Team Leader
Rattaché au Responsable des Interventions Urgentes, votre mission principale sera d'assurer le dépannage, la maintenance, l'installation et la modernisation des solutions ABB chez nos clients partout en France, afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement et la satisfaction client.
Plus précisément, vos missions consisteront à :
Préparer vos interventions : identifier le matériel nécessaire, récupérer les équipements ou émettre les besoins d'achat et vous assurer de la disponibilité des EPI, outils, documents et logiciels requis.
Préparer l'analyse des risques liés à la mission.
Réaliser l'installation et la mise en service conformément aux exigences de l'ordre de mission, notamment en matière de délais.
Assurer des astreintes (assistance téléphonique et interventions sur site) dans le cadre des contrats de service.
Rédiger les comptes rendus d'intervention et la documentation associée dans les outils informatiques prévus à cet effet.
Identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour ABB auprès de la clientèle et transmettre ces informations aux équipes internes (commerciaux, chargés d'affaires).
Ce poste implique des déplacements fréquents sur l'ensemble du territoire français et ponctuellement à l'international. Afin de faciliter vos déplacements professionnels, un véhicule de fonction ou un véhicule de service sera mis à votre disposition selon votre préférence.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation Bac +2 à Bac +3 en robotique, électrotechnique ou dans un domaine technique similaire.
Vous disposez de connaissances en robotique et idéalement d'une première expérience pratique dans ce domaine.
Vous appréciez le contact client et savez faire preuve de calme et de recul dans les situations d'urgence.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais technique vous permettant de comprendre la documentation associée aux équipements ABB et d’évoluer efficacement dans un environnement international.
