Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
In dieser Position sind Sie Teil eines dynamischen Support Teams und gewährleisten den technischen Support mit geringer bis mittlerer Komplexität gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen und in Übereinstimmung mit den ABB-Standardprozessen, Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsrichtlinien. In Ihrer Funktion unterstützen Sie die eigene ABB Organisation wie auch externe Kunden.
Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:
Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen, auch vor Ort (vorwiegend Level 3-4)
Technischer Produkt- und Anwendungssupport für Vertrieb und Kunden je nach Bedarf
Lösungs-, Planungs- und Angebotsunterstützung für Projekte
Technische Unterstützung für die Markteinführung neuer Produkte, z. B. FAQ-Datenbank, Lösungs- und Anwendungsleitfäden sowie Funktionsbeschreibungen
Weitergabe von Marktinformationen und Kundenerfahrungen an das Produktmanagement
Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement und R&D bei der Spezifikationsentwicklung
Ansprechpartner für Anwendungs-Know-how während des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses
Usability-Tests (während des gesamten R&D-Prozesses)
Komponenten-Usability (aus Kundensicht)
System-Usability-Tests in realen Umgebungen
Qualifikationen für die Rolle
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik/Meister, Techniker für Heizungs-,Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik
Grundkenntnisse in KNX, BMS, Energiemanagement
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, Reisebereitschaft
Branchenerfahrung in der elektrischen Gebäudeinfrastruktur, Industrieautomation, Gebäudeautomation
