Úvod:
Do ABB Robotics Česká republika hledáme novou posilu na pozici „System and Application Service – Application Engineer“. Na této pozici bude vaším posláním realizace projektů systémového a aplikačního servisu, mechanická výměna robotů a jejich částí, programování, nastavování a oživování robotických pracovišť včetně připojených technologií a aplikací. Součástí práce je také podílení se na rozvoji oddělení a zvyšování jeho efektivity, stejně jako technická podpora obchodního oddělení a týmu zpracování cenových nabídek.
Pracovní náplň:
Programování a úpravy průmyslových ABB
Uvádění robotických pracovišť do provozu a jejich optimalizace
Mechanická výměna robotů a jejich částí
Seřizování a řízení robotických pracovišť
Údržba a výměna komponent výrobních linek (pneumatika, senzorika, pohony apod.)
Diagnostika poruch a jejich odstraňování (elektrické i mechanické)
Podíl na modernizaci a zlepšování výrobních procesů
Práce s technickou dokumentací
Zlepšení procesu realizace projektů z hlediska efektivity, kvality a požadavků zákazníka
Spolupráce s týmem zpracovávající technická řešení projektů a cenové nabídky, obchodním týmem a dalšími spolupracujícími odděleními.
Co byste měli mít:
Vzdělání v elektrotechnickém oboru
Odbornou způsobilost v elektrotechnice NV 194/2022 Sb, nebo předpoklady k jejímu okamžitému doplnění
Zkušenost s programováním průmyslových robotů
Orientace v mechanice, elektrotechnice a pneumatice
Anglický jazyk na komunikativní úrovni
Schopnost diagnostiky a řešení poruch
Čtení technické dokumentace a výkresů
Profesionální přístup s orientací na zákazníka
Bezpečnostní povědomí (práce v souladu s normami a předpisy)
